Starting this fall, Spa Eastman and Spa Eastman Montréal welcomes Lucie Beaudry for special Nia classes in Montréal and a theme weekend in Eastman. Lucie Beaudry is a Nia Technique teacher, a somatic educator, an expressive arts therapist and a visual artist.

Nia Technique draws from a variety of martial arts (tai chi, taekwondo, aikido), arts and dance (jazz, modern, Duncan) and somatic approaches (yoga, Feldenkrais Method®, Alexander technique).

If you want to take a close look at it, watch this short video where Lucie Beaudry explains the approach while we can see a group moving with Nia. Click here to see the video.

Feel like giving it a try?

Classes at Spa Eastman Montreal start on September 20, for 6 weeks. You’ll find all details right here.

Nia Technique weekend in Eastman will take place from October 29 to 31. Here are the details.

Enjoy!
