Spring is in the air- a time of rebirth, change and wonderful beginnings.
As the Clinical Director of the Montreal Center for Anxiety and Depression- I decided to team up with Maite Gomez, a body specialist to create a new company-” Empowered Women” which teaches the “how to ” for women to grow and evolve into healthier and happier lives and relationships.
Our one day workshops in Montreal have had sold out crowds of women having “aha” moments over and over again that dramatically changed their lives and relationships for the better. It was a natural progression for us to start expanding our one day workshops into retreats at Spa Eastman. We felt that the peaceful and soothing environment of Spa Eastman was perfect for integrating the deep evolvement topics we were tackling so we brought a group of women to the spa in December 2011. The results were phenomenal. The women who attended had so many life changing moments, so much fun and bonding experiences that were so powerful and profound that Eastman retreats became a part of Empowered Women’s mission.
Maite and I now present our Women’s Unseen Radiance retreats at Spa Eastman twice yearly with a maximum of 20 lucky women over a weekend.

We are just two weeks away from our next retreat. We are almost full with the most incredible group of women who choose to grow and evolve their lives as well as their loves. We are deeply grateful as well as excited to spend the time with such amazing women.
