    I recently returned to Spa Eastman for a late winter weekend. I have visited many times and still love this spa. As always, it was wonderful. From the moment I entered the reception area I felt welcomed and relaxed. The food was very fresh and there was a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. Each time I have visited Spa Eastman I have found something new on the menu to try. This time, it was chia. Although I traveled alone this weekend, I never felt “alone” or bored. Friends have asked me what I do all day if I am not having a massage or a facial. There are many activities to partake in if you want to keep busy or there is time just to relax. I had two wonderful massages and enjoyed the indoor pool. Spa Eastman is a very special place for me. I left refreshed and renewed. I look forward to my next trip!
